December ****Holiday Fitness**** Challenge

  • Ho Ho Ho the holidays are here and sometimes we make questionable choices. Why not add a little sweat to your day instead of sweets Yes this time of year we are rushed.   • I am in hit my target last month for exercise and saw the scale go down as well so I am in again for December.

  • I didn't officially join but I have made a promise to go to the gym MWF this month for at least an hour. I do cardio/weights/core and still can't believe I'm doing this. I can even do the plank now although just for ten seconds - aiming for a minute someday.
    So far I'm on track.
  • Been doing OK with going to the gym. Was way too tired Friday morning (after an evening with Leonard Cohen that went on until 1 P.M.) but did go in yesterday afternoon to do half my routine. I guess that counts.

    Did OK until the week before Christmas when thing got overwhelming. Between Christmas and New Year we had big dumps of snow so I did not go to the gym although I did do several treadmill sessions at home. January will be better.
