-30 minutes weights: lat pulldowns, flat bench press w/dumbbells, lunges, overhead DB presses, bodyweight squats (I don't want to throw out my back again just yet).
15 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine
60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine
45 minute spin class, completely full, as we begin the holiday routine of "repentant" Sundays
Monday, December 3:
-10 minutes on arc trainer
-30 minutes lifting: shoulders, biceps, lats, bench press, lunges with 20 and 30 lb dumbbells.
-5 minutes jogging on treadmill for cooldown
