    I don't know who's in charge of creating these, but I guess I will start. You girls keep me going! I hope that by the end of the month, and my new years resolution that I will weigh about 170, that is my goal. We will see what happens! Good luck and mindfulness to all!!

  • I had a rough month last month for losses, why? I don't know, I ate on point everyday. Now my exercise wasnt as strong as it was in previous months but wouldnt you think my diet alone would do something? Nah I'm like back to square one where I was in November. So frusterated. Here's hoping I'll get below the 180s this month

  • Back on the wagon after a long but fairly enjoyable trip off of it. Finally accepting that I'll have to monitor. In November, did thirty days of gym. This month, the goal will be not to miss until I go home for Christmas.

    Question: I ran three miles yesterday and MyFitnessPal said I could eat 600 more calories. Does this sound right? Should I just have ate 1500 and ignored the extra calories they gave me for the day? Is it OK to burn 500 calories and eat only 1500 or could that put me into starvation mode?
