S: chocolate chip cookie (havent tried this yet, but pretty excited to)
D:veggie burger (since discovering I can eat this as my protein source its been amazing)

L: 2 oz turkey breast, french herb + cheese omelet + 2 eggwhites + spinach
D: 4 oz filet + some of LizRR's awesome rutabaga custard
S: wild berry yogurt shake
Breakfast--Crispy Cereal zucchini pancake with WF apple butter
Lunch--Chocolate pudding smoothie with spinach.
Dinner--Scrambled eggs, spinach, mushrooms, green onions
Snack--Want Chocolate soy puffs but will see how I feel.
