Thanksgiving is over, LETS REBOOT FOR CHISTMAS!

  • Ok, if you are anything like me, you ate a bit to much over the Holiday. Well, now that its over, time to reboot your body and get back on track. I wont be weighting myself until Monday (normally I weigh myself every day) so that gives me three days to burnt off what I ate over the holiday. I didn't count calories for the last two days and am kind of worried that I will be at 190 again.

    What are you doing to get back on track?
  • going to the gym 2maro n saturday instead of shopping!
  • I took a brisk 4 mile walk around my neighborhood today, and I plan to hit the gym tomorrow and Saturday.

    Our Thanksgiving meal was not hosted at our house this year, so we only brought one dish of leftovers home with us (marshmallow salad, my favorite!) it was tempting me in the fridge and I ate more of it than I needed, BUT then I served my husband one more bowl, then washed the dish out so I wouldn't be tempted all weekend!
  • I agree, I don't even want to weigh myself. However, that food was so good. Friday I will get back in order and go to the gym. Because if I stepped on a scaled now it will seem as I gained weight because the food is still in my belly.

    I am ready ladies to get back on track!
