    2/3 cup Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Pancake Mix
    2 Egg Whites
    1/3 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
    1/3 cup Butternut Squash Puree
    WF Pancake Syrup

    Latte
    Spinach
    2 cups Hazelnut Coffee
    1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
    SF Torani Hazelnut

    Lunch@11:30am
    Feast at my sons preschool....leaving now!!!

    Breakfast: Vanilla EAS into a shake with coffee...

    Lunch: Salad with 1000 dressing and olive oil...vanilla shake with cinnamon, 2 egg beaters...

    Dinner: Filet Mignon 4 oz with chicken 4 oz, salad and cucumbers, 1000 island

    Snack... not too sure yet...

    L - EAS shake, 2 cups steamed cauliflower

    D - Ground beef, 2 cups roasted cauliflower

    Snack--IP Caramel bar
