I'm looking for a gravy that is ok for IP Phase 1, I'm sure it's on here somewhere, but I seem to be having trouble finding one and Thanksgiving is only two days away. Can someone PLEASE help me?

I'm using LizRR's braised mushroom, celery & garlic puree as my gravy - I've used it as poultry gravy before and it's VERY good!
