Critique my Phase 3 Breakfast please

  • OK, I know it's not 100% but I've been tweaking it all morning. This is going to be my bring-to-work, no cook breakfast. I do not want eggs or bacon or anything like that for work - think more Continental Breakfast - cheese, cereal, yogurt (YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

    What do you think? The only thing that's a bit high is the fruit at 28 grams insread of 20 - but overall I think it's OK.

    I know the TOTAL carbs are 64, but the way I interpreted the Phase 3 handout is that the grains are 30 grams and fruits are 20 grams = 50 grams - is that right?
