    IP Phase 1: 3 months, 27 days...


    Breakfast: Chocolate EAS Shake

    Lunch: Salad and a shake

    Dinner: Filet Mignon and a salad. Maybe a lobster tail. Dh's work is having their Thanksgiving meal today. SCRATCH THAT <====== Dh had to work SO LATE that he wasn't here for dinner. He also accidentally left the filet at work...so, hopefully tomorrow...and also, he didn't save me any lobster tail. Thats ok, I love steak!

    Dinner: 2 cups of greens and 8 oz of ground beef, 1000 island dressing, pickles, red onion and 1 1/2 c. of cucumber slices. It was SOOO good.

  • Breakfast: Proti Diet maple brown sugar oatmeal, coffee w/ 2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD

    Lunch: romaine salad with mushrooms & green peppers, Balanced Protein berry yogurt shake

    Dinner: Braised chicken, roasted garlic cauliflower

    Snack: Peppermint Mocha (coffee & Balanced protein Cocomint Creme mix)
