I try and have an apple and a fibre one bar or some triscuits and hummus with me when I go out. I'd like a bit more variety tho! What do you bring with you for on the go hunger?
I tend to bring along almonds - right now I really like the Blue Diamond Dark Chocolate Almonds (they're not chocolate covered, they just have cocoa powder on them, but they're delicious!). If not almonds, then I usually have fruit or a Clif/Luna bar with me!
Wasa cracker and mozzarella cheese stick or a 90 cal Fiber One bar
Go Go Squeez applesauce is good too..
apple slices and celery sticks with a laughing cow cheese wedge.
I always take chopped apples and pears in a plastic airtight box with me.
i often take fennel and a babybell!
sometimes a girl just needs a snack in public... ha ha
Cheese sticks or carrots. Love both of those for on the go!
