The other day I was 162, today I am 156! I didnt believe it. I weighed myself 6 times. I upped my Just Dance time from 30 mins to 1 hour a day and I cut out oatmeal. I think the oatmeal was making me bloat. Hurray! I had a goal of 150s by December. Now I am changing it to the 140s by Christmas.

I love the good surprises like this on the scale. I too have weighed myself mulitple times and know that feeling of surprise. Congrats on making your goal early and good luck with your new one.
