  • HAPPY SATURDAY IPEEPS!!!!!

    Phase 1: 3 months, 25 days

    Breakfast: Chocolate EAS Shake with coffee

    Lunch: Chocolate EAS Shake with coffee

    Dinner: Chicken, green salad and dressing and cucumbers

    Snack: ?? Chai Tea ??
  • Headed to a birthday party today so I'm swapping lunch and dinner

    B: Blueberry Pancake & coffee
    L: Turkey Salad w/veggies
    D: RTD Shake w/veggies
    S: chocolate wafers
  • day 3- i know early but im feeling dedicated. today goes something like this

    b- wildberry yogurt drink
    l- broccoli and cheese soup w/ veggies
    s-white cheddar bits (which i cannot wait to eat)
    d- Tuna patties w/veggies
  • Breakfast: IP choco drink w/ coffee. (My fave)
    Lunch: Mushroom soup w/ two cups sauteed mushrooms
    Dinner: 8oz shrimp and scallop, cucumber spaghetti, tossed with lemon vinaigrette.

    OMG I had the strawberry wafers last night and it took all I had to to eat them off in 3secs. SO SO yummy!!
  • Breakfast--IP Crepe mixed with a little pumpkin pie spice and coffee
    Lunch--BIG salad with 2oz tuna, evoo, vin, salt, mrs. dash
    Snack--Chocolate pudding
    Dinner--baked tilapia, broccoli
    Snack--hot chocolate

    Good afternoon!!
    My day is going like this;
    b-strawberry banana drink
    l- fine herb omelet with lots of veges
    d- baked haddock with again, lots of veges, and don't forget the lettuce!!

    Hubby and I had our first weigh in, he lost 10 lbs, I lost 4 lbs. We lost 17 inches combined! So freaking amazed!!
  • also will have a snack, likely a lemon poppy seed snack bar tonight.

    L: Proti-Diet omelette with zucchini and mushrooms
    S: IP cran-Granata bat
    D: steak salad or maybe shrimp salad
    S: IP blueberry pomegranete drink

    L: Soy Patty with Tabasco sauce with side a sauteed cabbage, garlic, sea salt sprinkled with Ponzu sauce
    D: Planning to eat Shabu Shabu
    Snack: Planning to eat Pickle Zippers

  • Brekkie: EAS Strawberry Shake
    Lunch: Greek Salad with 2 cups lettuce and 2 cups veggies (colored mini bell peppers, red onions, orange tomato, banana peppers, 1 oz feta cheese, 1 tbsp black olives and 2 tbsp greek cressing), Strawberry and Kiwi Syntax Nectar
    Snack: Rocky Road Truffles
    Dinner: 6 oz Rosemary Garlic and Lemon Chicken, 2 cups squash
    Snack: Grape Drink Mock Wine!!
  • All my food came today, Im soo happy!!

    B:WLS - Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin Bar & coffee
    L: 4 cups collard greens & WLS Cocomint Pudding
    D: WLS Zesty Chilli & 5oz smoked turkey leg meat
    S:??? Might skip it Im full

    +ZUMBA 1HR with 2LB Wrist Weights
    ( I feel ok eating the Bar & the Chilli today because of my workout, I need something to burn)
