Food Block

  • Recently I have been moved back to full-time hours. Which is great! However because my hours are not always the same (yesterday 10am-4pm; tonight 6pm-130am) I feel like I'm struggling to get rhe right foods in. I feel like I have like no time to cook because I'm either sleeping or working. Any suggestions for hearty ip friendly meals? I am soooo sick of salad which is the quickest to throw together.

    Ever try any of the veggie purees from the recipes thread? I've found I really like them and can use them to make soups and things. I'll make up a batch of soup on the weekend and that will last me through the week.
  • Try the RTD shakes...they are just so convenient. Also for veggies....I always keep 2 cup portions of frozen broccoli or cauliflower in the freezer to take on the run if needed. Helps when you don't have time to prepare.
