I love the divine spirit that shapes my life ... I wasn't looking for this forum, had never even heard of it (didn't know it was "famous"!), but have been goobering on and on about wanting to majorly improve my relationship with food, eating and exercise. I was actually shopping for new fat clothes and arrived at a goals-met success post on this site! Yes, it feels like a godsend.

Actually, the most appealing thing besides the generally kind tone I see/read/hear, is that I want the little measurement thingie that goes at the bottom of each post. It's very appealing to the little kid part of me.

It looks like one can personalize it? What is it called? How can I get one?

The "measurement thingie" is called a ticker, and you have to be here for 20 days and have 20 posts. Then you will be able to add it through your User CP page by clicking on "Edit Signature."

The tickers are fun and do help it make it easier to see your progress. It won't be long until you can get one!!!
