Will these go bad at room temp? Should I freeze or refrigerate? I cooked too large of a portion for dinner and hate to waste food.

I refridgerate not sure if necessary. They will get soggy

Refrigerate but heat again before you eat them. OMG, I did not think it was possible to have leftover rutagagus fries, LOL! I know it will NEVER happen to me, ha ha!!!

I like the idea of making too many & reheating. Sometimes a simple meal is a life-saver!

I was thinking the same thing. I would eat the entire turnip of turnip fries. WHAT LEFTOVERS??

What I had to start doing was only using half of the turnip - or measuring out the 2 cups raw and the storing the others in a plastic container for the next day - could not resist leftover cooked turnip fries. They are the best thing that happened to me on IP (besides the weight loss of course).
