    IP Phase 1: 114 days or 16 weeks and 2 days....

    Breakfast: Chocolate EAS Shake

    Lunch: Waffle or pancake with Walden Farms syrup

    Dinner: Green Salad, cucumbers, chicken...

    Snack: Probably a shake, chocolate
  • B- Crispy cereal pancake with 2 tablespoons of WF syrup
    L- Mango RTD with curry leaves and cinnamon, 2 cups cucumber
    D- Southwest Cheese curls, 2 egg omelet
    S- Biscuits from Pototo flakes, zucchini chips, 2 egg omelet
  • Breakfast Black coffee and butterscotch pudding
    Lunch Broccoli and cheese soup plus broccoli and mushrooms
    Snack Dill pickle zippers
    Dinner Chicken with salad and ton of veggies.
  • Phase 4

    Breakfast @ 8am Spinach Smoothie
    EAS Vanilla RTD
    Spinach
    Coffee
    Pumpkin Pie Spice & SF Torani Vanilla

    Snack@10am Sweet Fauxtato Pie
    Rutabaga

    Breakfast - EAS carb control shake (dark chocolate)
    Lunch - Chocolate Soy Snacks (YUM!); celery sticks and cucumber
    Snack - EAS carb control shake (vanilla)
    Dinner - Not sure yet, probably steak and salad
    Snack - WLS Cheesecake Pudding (giving it one last try)

    I'm running out of unrestricted options, hence the shakes!

    S: Proti thin vanilla wafer (ugh.. I meant to have my soup/cauliflower mash, but I guess I"m doing double veggies this evening because I was cranky and lazy at snack/lunchtimes)
    D: Shredded buffalo chicken, rutabaga fries, rhubarb w/ WF strawberry syrup

    Dinner: Big Mac in a bowl w/ turkey burgers

    Hi, this is what I did. I packet crispy cereal, crushed, 2 egg whites, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 t. vanilla. Mix it all up and use it like pancake batter. You can add cinnamon to it also, which I will probably do next time I make it.
