So just thought I'd post my results for Phase 1 in case there is anyone else out there just looking to lose 10 or 15 pounds and wondering how it's gone for others.
I thought it might be easier to attach the chart I kept during Phase 1. Total loss was 12 pounds, 5% bodyfat with an average loss of 1.71 pounds per week.
Considering I was losing half a pound per week with WW I'm very happy with this. I hope I'll get the last 1.5 off in the 2 weeks of Phase 2.
I never had one cheat - not even a piece of gum! I had losses every single week even though small on occasion.
