    Well, I'm slightly disappointed (-.4), and I've been at this weight for 3 or 4 days not budging, despite having a great eating week.
    Here's my focus: keep doing the right thing; think about how much better I feel than when I am not focused on health at all.
    Eventually, there will be a noticable trend.
  • Heidi, I see on the spreadsheet that you had a big 4 pound loss last week, so that is probably why it was smaller this week. That's the way it goes sometimes. Just stay on track, and it will happen.

    I am down 2 pounds this week. We are headed to Las Vegas for a 5 day mini-vacation. I am nervous about eating in restaurants for 5 days. My plan is to make the best choices I can, and do lots of walking. My goal is to come home with a small loss, even if it is .2 of a pound.
  • yea haw I am up....not bad but had a travel week with work and still trying to work that back off
  • I hate pre-TOM week. I am up like 7 lbs but I know it'll go down as soon as TOM arrives.
