Dinner: Soy nuts and cucumber slices with old bay seasoning

B: IP Cappuccino w/coffee, 2C celery w/WF PB L: Braised beef w/2 C red cabbage (recipe in the My Ideal Recipes By Chef Verati cookbook) D: All depends on how my WI goes!! S: IP milk chocolate pudding

L: Chicken Noodle soup (I love this stuff) with a salad (mushrooms, zucchini) WF dressing
D: Something similar to Big Mac in a bowl
S: Lemon (something or other) bar..they are yummy too!

L: big salad with cucumber, bell pepper, mushrooms, EVOO, salt

D: grilled chicken thighs, sauteed bell peppers and yellow squash
It was Holiday Feast for the teachers today...I did great!!!
