  • Phase 1, 112 days or 16 weeks....

    Breakfast: Chocolate coffee shake

    Lunch: Chocolate coffee shake and not sure what else, but I love em' they're so yummy!! bar...

    Dinner: chicken with salad and broccoli, cauli, 1 small red pepper, oil & vinegar, 1000 island

    Snack: EAS Shake 1/2
  • Phase One

    Breakfast: Coffee, chicken patty with WF pancake syrup
    Lunch: Tuna, lettuce, onion, green and red pepper, mushrooms, WF Balsamic
    Dinner: Soy nuts and cucumber slices with old bay seasoning
    Snack: Chocolate RM drink
  • B: IP Cappuccino w/coffee, 2C celery w/WF PB
    L: Braised beef w/2 C red cabbage (recipe in the My Ideal Recipes By Chef Verati cookbook)
    D: All depends on how my WI goes!!
    S: IP milk chocolate pudding

  • Brekkie: WLS CocoMint Pudding, Coffee with 1 oz milk allotment
    Lunch: Brunswick Stew made with 2 cups veggie puree and 2 oz leftover pork carnitas, Black Forest Cheesecake Pudding
    Supper: veggie puree...2 cups with mrs dash southwest seasoning
    Snack: MOCK WINE....aka grape drink
  • Breakfast: Proti Diet blueberry pancake, coffee w/2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD

    Lunch: Spinach & mushroom salad, Proti Diet white cheddar crisps

    Dinner: bunless turkey burger, cucumbers

    Snack: Peppermint Mocha (Cocomint Creme in 1 cup black coffee)
  • B: Peach Mango Drink
    L: Chicken Noodle soup (I love this stuff) with a salad (mushrooms, zucchini) WF dressing
    D: Something similar to Big Mac in a bowl
    S: Lemon (something or other) bar..they are yummy too!
  • B: IP PB soy puffs, coffee
    L: big salad with cucumber, bell pepper, mushrooms, EVOO, salt
    S: IP cappucino drink
    D: grilled chicken thighs, sauteed bell peppers and yellow squash
  • It was Holiday Feast for the teachers today...I did great!!!
    Breakfast--Rainbow's spice cake
    Lunch--BIG salad that I brought to work and some turkey
    Snack--The other spice cake
    Dinner--Steamed asparagus and chicken
    Snack--STRAWBERRY WAFER!!!!!!!
    I stayed 100% OP through the plethora of goodies, salads, fruit trays and other yummy Thanksgiving treats!!!
