I try to focus on one day at a time,but mostly I go hour by hour.
First make it through breast fast then midday ,lunch ,dinner and the dreaded Evening.Thank God I made it through another day.
Somedays are much harder then others and not quiet sure way.
Find what works for you everyone has different preferences.
I lurked here along time before joining but I was on Ideal Protein which I love
