Well I'm here. And I'm serious this time. I'm going to do everything in my power to lose 50 pounds in 50 weeks.
Some facts about me:
I'm turning 40 in 2 weeks.
Two kids delivered by c-section makes for a flabby belly.
I am pear shaped and carry most weight in my hips, thighs and calves.
I crave sweets a lot.
I'm really embarrassed by how I look.
Some positive things:
I don't have even one excuse not to do it.
I'm working out 6 days a week right now, 2 with a personal trainer.
3 weeks ago I gave up coffee and Coke Zero (it's like giving up crack)
I plan to eat more plant based proteins and limit meat consumption.
My husband said if I lost 40 pounds he would take me to Paris (I'm down 10)
Oh and my name isn't really Betty.
