I have had a really bad craving for fries, so tonight I made some baked sweet potato fries. I also have a really bad sweet tooth, so a few nights a week i'm having a small portion of blueberries with light cool whip or the 90 cal fiber one snacks, the brownie and chocolate chip cookie kind. They kind of taste like cardboard, lol.. but I get a tiny chocolate fix. Next week I plan on making pizza, whole wheat dough, a homemade garlic sauce, with chicken and onions. Going healthy doesn't mean you can't eat the foods you like, there seems to be a healthy alternative to everything.
