Trying to get off my butt and back to Bikram

  • I love Bikram yoga, it kicks my butt and I feel great, eat healthier and tend to lose weight the fastest when I do it. I haven't been in a while, so that first class is always the hardest to DRIVE to, once I'm there I'm golden. Just looking for some motivation!

    i have practiced for a long time, and the personal trick is- it's the hardest to go back after 3 + days (i have a daily practice).
