I'm going away for Christmas and leaving in 6 weeks - December 18. I don't want to be taking packets with me - I want to be completely off packets by then. I also want to lose another 3 pounds which seems to be happening at a rate of about one pound per week now.
Any thoughts on how I can lose 3 pounds and be on Phase 4 in six weeks? I've also texted this to my Coach but haven't heard back from her yet, just thought I'd throw it out there to see what you guys think.
