  • Phase 1.5 (Fruit but no grain)

    A good begining of the week for me .... which since last week had a bad ending, it is very much needed.

    Glass of Skim Milk
    Peanut Butter Banana muffin (no flour recipe)
    w/ a dab of icbinb

    Cherry tomatoes w/salt

    Yogurt
    Cheese string
    Veggie & Chicken Soup

    Garden Salad
    Omlette w/ onion, green pepper & rf sharp cheddar
    Glass of skim milk

    ??? Not sure about tonights snack, maybe a deli rollup?

    Baby Carrots
    Glass of skim Milk

    Yogurt
    RF Chedder Slices
    Cucumber Slices

    Meatballs (homemade, no bread crumbs) in tomato sauce w/ spinach & parmasean
    Salad (huge salad) w/ renee's caeser dressing...yummo!

    Glass of red wine for my snack.... probably going to throw in a cheese string too!

    S: Coffee w/ milk
    B: All bran cereal w/ milk and a bit of granola
    L: Two eggs w/ avocado, one ezekiel corn tortilla, small piece of Brie cheese and coffee w/ milk
    S: One pear
    S: Chocolate flax cake with a quarter of frozen banana
    D: Steak w/ steamed veggies and a tiny piece of Edam cheese

    Exercise: Ran for 30 minutes

    B: 1 egg scrambled with spinach and RF cheese, 2 slices of turkey bacon, coffee
    S: lots of water, almonds (hike)
    L: side salad, curried cauliflower, paneer and chick peas
    D: hummus, veggies, turkey and cheese roll ups
    D: peanut butter cup

    B: Two ezekiel corn tortillas, two scrambeled eggs, slice of mozarella cheese and coffee w/ milk
    S: Coffee w/ milk
    S: Green tea
    L: Plain Greek yogurt w/ flax, 1/3 frozen banana, 3/4 apple, and almond butter
    D: Steak fillet w/ stir fry veggies
    S: Apple

    Exercise: Went shopping hehe
