What Are You Eating Today IPeeps? Sunday, Novemeber 4, 2012?

  • Phase 1: 104 days, 14 weeks and 6 days

    Breakfast: Chocolate EAS Shake with coffee

    Lunch: Vanilla EAS...

    Dinner: Soup, chicken, kale and cauliflower...with a green salad and cucumbers...

    Snack: EAS Shake, chocolate

    water, water, water...
  • B: IP vanilla pudding shake w/cinnamon and SF pumpkin pie syrup, coffee
    L: IP chocolate drink, cucumber
    S: IP chicken a la king
    D: grilled chicken with cucumber (going to a birthday party and they are serving PIZZA and salad, so I will have some of that)
  • B: Blueberry pudding (as a shake)(very good)
    L: We were out shopping at costco so had a weiner (hotdog without the bun)
    D: 5ozs chicken breast with a large salad
    S: chocolate pudding

    Since I missed my IP at lunch and had food - should I still have the 3rd IP food today or just skip it???

    L: IP Cappichino Drink with 2 Cups Spinach Blended In
    D: 8oz of Pork Chop with 2 Cups Cucumbers with WF Dressing
    S: IP Cran-Blueberry Drink
  • Phase 1 day 98

    B: 2 c coffee w/ EAS vanilla (about 3 oz total)
    Maple oatmeal muffins (Protidiet maple oatmeal, zucchini, egg white, baking soda, a little butter extract)
    WF apple butter

    L: dill zippers
    Cukes w/ onion in apple cider vinegar dressing

    D: steak nite! Probly turnip fries & salad

    S: cocomint pudding, slightly frozen

    Debbie, I would try to get another packet in, you need 3 per day. Your body needs the protein.

    It looks like you cut back dinner protein to compensate
    Have the third packet
    And put one in your car & one in your purse for emergencies!
    (I have a stash of emergency bars...purse, car, desk at work)

    Debbie, try putting a c. of fresh spinach in a chocolate pudding packet and make it into a shake. You won't taste the spinach and it will help you get your veggies in.

    How did you like the chili lime snacks? I've been eyeing them but haven't taken the plunge yet

    (I have created a monster. My IP husband now wants either Wild Berry Cookies or Leek Soup Waffles every night for his snack. And somehow he has forgotten how to read a recipe or turn on an appliance)
