Food Logs Week of April 21

  • Monday, I had a minor setback, but later in the afternoon I read about the Summer's coming challenge and got back on track.........

    Monday:
    Breakfast-Vienna Sausage
    Lunch-Grilled Chicken Salad w/ ranch
    Snack-1 & 1/2 chocolate chip muffins
    Dinner-Ham & squash

    Tuesday:
    Breakfast-Vienna Sausage
    Lunch-Quiche w/o crust, bacon
    Snack-Ham
    Dinner-Chicken Salad, squash, 1 slice LC bread
  • I refuse to post my menu on the grounds that I may incriminate myself
  • Monday
    Breakfast
    Cold chicken breast strips and a hard boiled (colored) egg.

    Lunch
    Chopped mixed raw veggies
    Fried ham slice

    Dinner
    Caesar salad with chicken

    Snacks Jello and Strawberries & light Cool Whip
    Handful of walnuts.

    Tuesday

    2 egg asparagus & cheese omelet
    fried ham

    Raw veggies with Caeser dip
    Chicken breast strips
    Strawberries.

    Not sure about dinner yet
    I'm thinking burgers with sauteed zucchini and mushrooms.
  • Breakfast, 1 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 cup strawberries

    Lunch, grilled chicken and a green bean salad

    Supper, [edit] made mexi chicken on spaghetti squash MMMMmmMmMMMMmmmmmmmm


    Snacks.....pickles or maybe a couple spoonfuls of egg salad

    Breakfast: 2 egg omlette & 2 sides of ham
    Lunch: 1/2 lb. chicken salad
    Dinner: Pork Roast w/ zucchini & squash
    Snacks: 2 tbsp pbutter

    Mini-goal: 135 by May7
  • Thursday
    Breaky, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese

    Lunch, grilled chicken and green bean salad, a couple spoonfulls of egg salad for afternoon snack

    Supper....I think I'll suggest to hubby that we go to applebees for supper One of their ceasar chicken salads would be very nice!

    Breakfast: 2 eggs & sausage
    Lunch: Big Mac w/o bun or sauce
    Snacks: Peanut Butter
    Dinner: Grilled Chicken, broccoli
