  • Phase 1: 102 days, 14 weeks, 4 days

    Breakfast: EAS Shake Chocolate

    Lunch: EAS Vanilla shake with coffee Was going to have veggie soup for dinner but I just found out we have a function to go to tonight! I was saving all my veggies for dinner. I hope I can find something to catch me up to 4 cups.

    Dinner: Salad with the carrots picked out, tomato, slivered cabbage, wf 1000 island dressing, steak and sauteed mushrooms..

    Snack: 1/2 bag of chocolate soy puffs.
  • B: IP Choc Shake
    L: IP Cran Gran Drink + 2 cups of veggie (dont know yet)
    S: IP Wildberry Drink
    D: Salmon grilled + 2 cups of veg
  • Mmm, it's a play day for me!
    Breakfast: IP pumpkin pancakes (yum)
    Lunch: Salad and 2 c. steamed broccoli, drizzled with oliver oil and sea salt
    Dinner: Roast in the crockpot, and I'm going to try FinnSteve's cauliflower tater tots!
    Snack: Probably IP hot chocolate . . . or maybe an IP Caramel Crunch bar.

    Seriously, is this really dieting??
  • Breakfast: Balanced Protein veggie cheese omelet with 1 cup diced bell pepper, coffee w/2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD

    Lunch: Balanced Protein Dark chocolate marshmallow bar, sliced red bell pepper

    Dinner: Bunless turkey burger, salad w/ cukes, red onion, broccoli

    Snack: Health Wise Amaretto Cappuccino in 1 cup black coffee
  • B: IP chicken patty with broc slaw (carrots painstakingly picked out)
    L: Impromptu lunch out so I had a lettuce salad with extra cukes, salad shrimp and I pack WF salad dressing with me in my car
    D: IP Cappuccino w/decaf
    S: IP raspberry jello-ie
  • B: IP strawberry/banana drink, coffee
    L: sauteed peppers and mushrooms, IP chicken a la king
    S: IP chocolate drink
    D: probably grilled salmon over salad
  • Phase one:

    Breakfast: IP RM Chocolate drink
    Lunch: Tuna over lettuce, onion, green and red pepper, mushrooms and WF Balsamic with sliced cucumber with Old Bay spice
    Dinner: Green pepper stuffed with 1/2 potato puree, 1/2 chicken patty baked in WF Tomato basil sauce, rutabagus "fries" with Old bay seasoning
    Snack: IP Caramel nut bar
  • 6:30--scrambled egg whites
    9:30--spice cake with apple butter
    12:30--Big salad and bbq soy puffs
    3:30--jicama
    6:30--Chilis for my dad's birthday Broccoli and Steak
    9:30--probably my other spice cake

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAINBOW'S SPICE CAKE FOR BREAKFAST! TAKES ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES TOTAL TIME TO MAKE 2 PORTIONS, AND IT IS SO EASY TO REHEAT LATER

    S: IP pudding
  • B: IP herb & cheese omelet with 1 cup spinach
    L: IP tomato basil soup with 1 cup zuccini
    S: IP chocolate drink
    D: Chicken and asparagus
    S: IP chocolate chip cookie
