This may not seem much to all you normal ladies out there but it says ALOT about how I feel about myself.
OK it was a Boots Natural Collection one in a very muted shade but WOW it may as well be a Clinique Cherry Red for what it represents!
I also picked up a lovely sweater from a charity shop in a size 18......for £2.99. I used to be a size 28 and at the moment I am in size 22 jeans but I am soooo pleased to finally see a label in the teens!
I thought they were like unicorns!

Yay!! I totally get you on the lipstick thing. I used to love me some makeup, but sometime this year I just sort of gave up on feeling pretty. I actually started going to work without makeup on, which is something I've never done before, but I just feel like, "What's the point?"

I'm still sort of at that point, in fact I'm not wearing any today, but soon.... Soon I'll be able to walk up to the makeup counter and reward myself with some nice lip gloss. Yay for you!!!

Congratulations! I completely understand. It hasn't been until the last 10 pounds or so that I've started wearing makeup (ever. I'm 24.) I'm still getting used to it lol.
