I'm new here. I was visiting another site for a little while but it got slow. I'm back on my weight-loss journey, and I need some support and encouragement, even more, I need some good weight-loss tips! I had almost reached my goal weight a few years ago, but then had back problems, then a baby (he is 1 1/2 now,) and more back problems. So I have nearly put all of the weight back on. I want it gone! But it seems so much harder this time since my back problems prevent me from jogging (which is what I used to love to do.)
