Hello Everyone!
My name's Claire and I am currently 20 years old and around 225 lbs. I have been on this site many times before and have been as low as 210 lbs from the motivation of other girls on this site. I am getting back into it! I have already been dieting and exercising for the past week now, and I feel that because I was such an exercise, diet buff last year, it is easier for my body to catch up!
I turn 21 on February 21st, and I thought that a great personal challenge for me would be to lose 21 lbs by my 21st birthday! I am giving myself almost 4 months to achieve this goal! So i think it is completely duable.
If anyone else would like to set a goal for their birthday and post updates, that would help keep me motivated and strong on my own journey =]
