On Plan Thread Oct 29 - Nov 4

  • Phase 1.5 (fruit, but no grain)

    Slept in today, as it is my day off, so that through off my eating schedual... so no real "meals" today, more a snack every few hours.

    Peanut butter banana muffin (no flour recipe)
    Glass of skim milk

    Cheese String

    Yogurt

    Caeser salad

    Roasted chick peas (scant 1/8 of a cup)

    Ham roll ups w/ cream cheese and onion

    SBD pb cup (1/2)
  • Phase 1.5

    Woke up at 7:30

    Scrambled eggs, asparagus, glass of skim milk

    red bell peppers

    Eggplant pizza bites

    red bell peppers & craisins

    Left over Eggplant pizza bites, lettuce/onion/tomato salad with ground beef

    I did exercise at 10:30 today, went on treadmill for 10 min, elliptical for 20 min, did stretching which included lunges with 10lbs weights, and crunches with 8lbs weights, yogaball crunches and a few yoga poses to finish
  • P2- a lot of snacking today as well. Not many full "meals"

    S: Cup of coffee w/milk
    B: Two egg omelette w/ one slice ww bread, 1/2 slice of cheese and coffee w/ milk
    S: Apple
    S: 10 cashews
    L: Greek yogurt w/ 1 banana, 1 tiny pear, flaxmeal, 1/2 tbsp almond butter
    S: Coffee w/ milk and a square of dark chocolate
    S: Carrots, celery, and cucumbers
    D: Pork tenderloin with steamed veggies and 1/2 slice of edam cheese

    Exercise: 45 minutes of circuit training
  • Ok, I admit it... I was bad today, I have a few pieces of Halloween candy, 3 little bars to be exact. They have been staring at me for days and I finally caved.... ahwell, hopefully there are lots of kids tomorrow and all the candy will be given away.... on with my day.

    Veggie of some sort for a snack later??? not sure which.

    1: ww english muffin w/ pb and raspberries
    2: greek salad (lots of greens, oil/vinegar/spices dressing, lots of veggies) + 1/2 ww pita and hummus
    3: apple slices
    4: grilled sirloin, salad w/ arugula, sauteed asparagus, lemon, olive oil and parmesan
    5: greek yogurt w/ pumpkin, cinnamon and stevia

    exercise: 45 min. treadmill walk
