AAAH! My IP buddy!!!

  • I just walked by my IP buddy's office and she is eating a REAL chocolate bar! a HUGE one! OH No!!!! She better not complain about her next WI. Weird thing is Im not even tempted to join her.....what's happening to me! LOL
  • Funny how that happens. I my first week OP I went to the store for some WF dressing. Well right in front is a BK. I always want onion rings when I see them, but not this time. I accualy blew raspberries at them. Not tempted AT ALL.
  • OH NO! Did you stop to talk to her about it? Isn't that the whole point of dieting with people - to provide each other motivation?
  • Yes I asked her what she was doing!!! She said I'm eating it and loving it and I don't care about the weigh in next week (she had just weighed in) I tried to talk her out of each bite but.......
She'll be back OP after she comes out of her sugar coma I am sure!
  • I just find this so depressing! I mean, this program is so great... why would you want to ruin it! Oh well, it's her life (and her money) I guess!
  • She should try some of the IP chocolate bars or soy puffs, or the alternative chocolate wafers. Much better than a candy bar, and I am a recovering 2-hersey-bars-every-day-at-3pm kind of girl.

I agree. Might as well take your money and throw it into a volcano.

Probably this person is addicted to sugar. I'm not kidding.
  • Plenty of chocolate IP and alternative treats. The soy puffs rock. I buy mine from Nashua Nutrition, they're the exact same puffs for Half price. Pure Protein chocolate and peanut butter bars also rock. I buy them at Walmart. GNC has them too but all I've seen is the huge ones there. Walmart has the normal IP size bars. It's like six bucks a box. They're Wicked Good. I don't feel deprived at all with them.
  • Oh, no...that's too bad. I'm sometimes tempted, but I'm more scared of the steps backward that eating something off program will cause me. I haven't worked this hard (only for three weeks so far, but still...) only to let a chocolate bar or chips or something like that set me back.

I completely agree! Forget the Hershey bars and bring on the soy puffs! I love them! I feel that the bars are better than most candy bars.
  • That is too bad. I could never intentionally eat something that far off plan.
