    Lunch - Big veggie salad w/IP drink
    Dinner - Big Mac in a Bowl! (Can't wait for dinner!)
    Snack - IP pudding or bar . . . whichever sounds good at the time
  • Breakfast: IP Oatmeal, roastaroma tea
    Lunch: IP Chicken Ala King, "tabbouleh" salad (cucumber, tomato, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic salt)
    Snack: IP Butterscotch pudding
    Dinner: Grilled chicken, lettuce salad & more "tabbouleh"
    Snack: IP Blueberry Cran Granata drink

    brekkie: Mocha Frappuccino, then coffee later with 1 oz eas vanilla
    After 12 Mile Bike Ride: 2 scrambled eggs with kale, spinach, roasted red peppers and garlic
    lunch: golden goddess soup, healthsmart pizza protein chips
    supper: Mahi-Mahi pan fried, lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers, jalapenos
    snack: might be a surprise new recipe??? not sure

    First of all, Liz...please DO continue to post your meals! We ALL learn so much from your posts...preparing us for the following phases is wonderful! It also gets me excited to think about what I'll get to eat when in Maintenance!

    Phase 1:

    B - IP Chocolate muffin; decaf green tea
    L - IP Dark chocolate pudding w/cinn & WF marshmellow dip; Lettuce w/2 c. veggies
    S - 2 egg whites w/ 1/4 tsp of EVOO
    D - 7 oz grilled chicken; Lettuce w/ 2 c. veggies
    S - IP Vanilla pudding w/ cinn & WF marshmellow dip
  • Phase 1 day 89
    B IP DK choc pudding smoothie with 1 c spinach & cold coffee
    1 c coffee w/ 2 oz EAS low carb vanilla

    L. IP mushroom soup w/ .5 c veggie purée (book choc, celery, peppers, cooked down from 1 c raw)

    S dill zippers

    D 8 oz smoked roast beast, cauli "tater tots" (from rainbows recipe)
    Kale chips

    Hot tea or lemonade Mio later if cravings strike

    L: IP chicken soup, salad with 1 cup mixed veggies

  • How many carbs am I allowed per day? If I eat something high in carbs such as the Spaghetti Bolegnese for lunch, do I need to skip my after dinner snack bar when I am craving something sweet?

    Just follow the sheet. If the Spaghetti is a restricted, you would be able to eat 2 regular packets in your day. So basically it is only 1 restricted packet per day.

    Breakfast: Cafe Caramel RTD, served hot, tazo chai tea

    Lunch: 2 egg whites, 1 egg scrambled, red pepper, spinach, vanilla eas shake with coffee

    Dinner: 6 oz pork, 2 c. greens, raspberry dressing

    Snack: vanilla pumpkin shake

    You should only be having 1 restricted product per day (anything with 9 carbs or more). Never SKIP a packet, we need all the calories we are supposed to have on this diet - but if you are going to have a bar (they are all restricted) you need to make sure your other 2 packets are unrestricted.
