Hello everyone, I'm determined to do it this time!!!

    Im new here so just thought I'd say 'hello'.

    I've come on here hoping to get some support & tricks on weight loss.

    A little history;
    Before I had my first daughter (now 15) I was 139lbs and I thought I was fat!
    Since having her ive never been below 147lbs!
    After splitting with my daughters dad and getting together with my now husband I went up to 182
    I then had my second daughter (now almost 4) and couldn't shift the weight
    We got married 2 1/2 yrs ago & I got to 154
    I'm now back to 177 :0(

    It's sooo frustrating that I can't seem to lose weight, my dream is to be no heavier than 140lbs & I'm really hoping this time with dedication & support I can do it!

    I suggest you just start out slow and adjust into exercise and dieting, that way you can get used to it and it can become a lifestyle! Maybe a short walk each day will help, and try to avoid processed foods. Prepare healthy and filling meals for both you and your family so then it won't seem like you're forcing yourself to diet! Other than that, I hope you find motivation and ideas from this forum! Goodluck
