50 lbs gone for good, about half way!

  • So I reached the halfway point a week ago, I've been at this weight before and this is the last time I want to see me at this weight! So I am about halfway to my goal, and I figured I would compare where I've come from to where I am today to help give me that boost I need to continue on my way to healthy. Sorry the first pic is cut off, I did that when I was at my heaviest because I was embarrassed by my size Anyways, here's to saying goodbye to that 50lbs for good!

  • Someone else said this but you REALLY do carry your weight well! You look fantastic and you can tell a major difference! You can do this! You'll be at 175 in no time! And when you reach that you'll probably look like you weigh 150!
  • Thank you everybody!!! I have been feeling so stagnant and I came across an old picture, and I was like 'whoa, I have come pretty far, stop being so discouraged!' I really appreciate all of the sweet comments everyone!

    And as for what I am doing, I am just tracking my intake and exercise on MFP. I try to do some type of exercise at least 5 days a week, stuff like walking, running, P90X dvds, kickboxing, anything to keep me moving!
