  • My Memorial Day Challenge is to lose 10 lbs!!

    March 16th: 191
    March 24th: 186
    March 31st: 182
    April 7th: 180
    April 14th: 179
    April 20th: 177

    My Starting Weight is: 177 (April 20th)

  • Okay--I think I'm gonna join this challenge. My goal is to get to 127. That's just 3 lbs, but I have had a problem getting there!!
    I need to start journaling again!!
    I am also going to challenge myself to drink 65 oz of water per day!

  • Okay, I don't have a Memorial Day challenge. I have a Birthday challenge, and my birthday is only two weeks after Memorial Day. My Birthday challenge is to reach my 10% WW loss - 210 lbs. (Why the math looks screwy: On my signature, I have my all-time highest weight posted. My WW beginning weight was 233.)

    ANYHOW.....since I lost SIX POUNDS this week (yay me! ), I want to lose 17 more lbs. by June 14.

    Breakfast: Slim Fast, Apple

    Lunch: Veg. Soup, 5 Saltines, Strawberry Jello

    Dinner: Huge Salad,FF Dressing, Cottage Cheese

    Snack: Angel Food Cake

    WATER...........WATER.........WATER!!!!!!
  • Okay, girls--I screwed up on my 1st day of the challenge!! Went to Walmart and bought the 1/2 priced jellybeans!! After I had probably 1/2 a bag throughout the day, it was downhill from there!! See why my goal is only 3lbs???????
  • Thats ok Shelley, I had an affair with a chocolate Easter Bunny! And I need to lose alot more then you.

    Okay....I was 1 pound short of my 12 pound Easter goal...let's go for 10 pounds on the Memorial day challenge!!!!!!

    Although I probably gained a pound or two back from that damn bunny!

  • Well I gainned almost a pound over easter, so Shelley and Gayle you aren't the only ones. Now we need to get back to it. Life is not only about dieting life does go on and we can't get discouraged. Get back at it girls.

    Breakfast...scam egg w/cheese
    Lunch...baked chicken, green beans
    Dinner...BLT salad w/ ranch dressing
    1 glass of wine

    Tuesday..
    Breakfast...1 boiled egg, bacon
    Lunch....big salad w/ deli turkey
    Dinner....steak, broccoli w/ cheese
    Snack....Pure Delite choc bar

    Wednesday...
    Breakfast...hard cheese, sausage patty
    Lunch....Taco salad
    Dinner....Grilled chicken, small salad
    1 Michelob Ultra

    32 days totally OP!!!!

    Stressed is desserts...spelled backwards!! Weird huh~~

    B--Scrambled eggs with bacon

    L--1/2 avocado w/tuna and mayo

    snack--Atkins bar

    D--BBQ chicken breast, salad with Girard's dressing and parmesan cheese.

    Tomorrow is my 2 month anniversary on Atkins...I can't believe I have made it this far. Less than 2 months until our Maui trip....Yeeeehaaaa!
