Compulsory item question from newbie

  • Okay, so I'm probably being way too OCD here, but I'm curious, and don't want to make any mistakes....

Do you measure your two cups of veggies raw, and then use that measurement even though they cook down in volume, or measure them after they are sautéed, etc.?

Also, the compulsory item....olive oil. Is the range 1 to 2 teaspoons per day, or is that a minimum and we can actually have more than that?

Thx in advance......2nd WI is tomorrow .

The veggies should be measured raw, even though they cook down. And the compulsory (necessary) amount of oil is 1-2 teaspoons per day, not more - it's a fat, and this is a low fat diet. The amounts are measured out to give us just enough of what we need.
