Just wondering if anyone follows this diet

I don't follow a macrobiotic diet, but I've certainly enjoyed many macrobiotic meals over the years... There is a restaurant here in NYC called Souen that used to be one of my favorites that is very strict macrobiotic... I have very fond memories of having dinner there and getting take out as well... I've sort of forgotten about how much I really enjoyed that place... I'm going to have to stop in again when I'm in that neck of the woods... Although as I remember it... It was worth going out of the way for.... Thanks for reminding me...

My extended family is macrobiotic but I haven't seen many people here follow it. I think it might be because of there are forum for macros in other places (no forum here).

I think too because it's not really a diet, as much as a lifestyle, because it takes in other parts, not just the food aspect.

You're right: I think it's more of a "lifestyle", one that can be difficult & expensive to follow!
