I'm currently looking for some good exercise dvd's, preferably the kind where you just dance as I'm having trouble doing the 30 day shred kind of things where you have to get down on the floor and such. Weight training I can do at the gym, so I'm only looking for cardio....Anyone have something to recommend? Any suggestions are highly appreciated

Honestly I prefer dance games to DVDs. I play a lot of Just Dance, and if we still had an xbox I'd be playing a lot of Dance Central, too!

Yeah, the Just Dance games are a lot of fun. That reminds me, JD4 is recently out I believe...Have to get that. Need something else too, just to have some change when the games get boring sometimes..
