  • Breakfast: Balanced Protein berry yogurt smoothie; coffee w/2oz Pure Protein vanilla RTD

    Lunch: 1c spinach, 1c cucumbers; Health Wise Caramel Crunch bar

    Dinner: Garlic Lime hake (white fish), broccoli, cauli rice

    Snack: Cocomint Creme pudding

    D: Chicken and veggie stirfry

    Lunch: Vanilla EAS Shake

    Dinner: Double low carb burger Carl's Jr, honey mustard and cucumber

    Snack: Cafe Caramel EAS Shake

    Didn't get near enough veggies in as I was gone a lot today..I will do better tomorrow!!!

    Protein: 1 Egg + 4 oz Egg Whites
    Dairy: 1/3 cup Part Skim Ricota Cheese
    Grain1/3 cup Maple Grove Farms Sugar-Free Pancake Mix
    Fruit: 1/2 Frozen Banana blended with WF Pancake Syrup (ice cream!)
    Coffee + 1 cup Almond Milk

    Breakfast: IP Chocolate RM drink
    Lunch: Tuna over lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms, green and red pepper and WF balsamic
    Dinner: Still deciding, I have some cauliflour and am trying to think of a way to mix it with the potato puree for potato soupy kind of thing
    Snack: Either a chocolate drink or crispy cereal

    Dinner: Roasted chicken breast and veggies
    Snack: IP pudding - and right now I'm trying to make my way through a pile of celery sticks!
  • Day 76 Phase 1

    B: IP Fine Herb/Cheese Omelet w/ 1 c. sauteed bell peppers, green onion, celery, and a tiny bit of jalapeno. Coffee with vanilla partial IP RTD
    L: Big lettuce Salad, SW cheese curls, 1tsp oil/vinegar
    D: chicken, leftover mashed cauliflower make into caulipancakes, cukes
    S: oh my! My first-ever Nashua box just arrived....what to have? chocomint pudding "ice cream" or cheesecake?

    i also had some plain lemon-lime koolaid mixed with Stevia today. Good stuff!
  • 7am--scrambled egg whites with 1/4 cup chopped spinach, green peppers, onions and 1 cherry tomato
    10am--peanut crunch bar
    12pm--broccoli and cheese soup, broccoli
    3pm--diced jicama
    6pm--chicken breast and big lettuce salad and veggies
    8pm--Rainbow's spice cake!!! I can't wait!!!
