Goal

  • Sort of. I have this habit of moving my goal but when I started at 214 I said, I would be happy with 155 and here I am. That is 59 lbs.
  • Great job! Look at those curves!
  • Congrats!! You look fantastic! Do you mind sharing what you did? Or can I find it on any other posts of yours?

Thank you all. I did the HMR "decision free" medically supervised very low calorie diet program. If you are not familiar with HMR... basically they have been doing dieting for 30+ years and are invited into medical facilities to run their diet program.

They have about 6 key foods that you eat. Shakes, Soups, Oatmeal, entrees, and snack bars. You get a multi and you must attend a class and a medical visit each week. I was in pretty good health but I recommend the medical visits because that way you know what will happen. (or will know nothing will happen as the case may be)

The core concept is basically high volume... low calorie food. And I lost weight like you would not believe. There was never a week I had a gain. I always lost or stayed the same (usually PMS) and I made my goal in about 8 months.

I have struggled so so so many times before. But this worked amazingly. At least now.. I know what to do. If you are looking HMR has several programs -- at home -- healthy solutions. You don't have to do it my way (low calorie medical monitoring)
  • Congratulations!
    You look fabulous!

Even with your face partially covered, you look decades younger in your later photos (compared to the first one). It's just an amazing transformation.
