    Lunch: Proti Diet Pomegranate Raspberry bar, 1 cup diced jicama w/cinnamon & Splenda

    Dinner: Cauliflower pizza w/WF BBQ chicken and green peppers

    Snack: Proti Diet vanilla wafers

    Breakfast: Chocolate Fudge EAS shake with coffee and 1 c. spinach

    Lunch: Not too good of a choice, small romaine with dressing..not nearly enough...
