  • My first weigh in was today also. 11#!! Doing well. All the posts are very helpful and I plan on checking them out often.
  • Today was my first weigh in too, I was feeling kinda sexy before I had to go to meeting, I didn't eat enough So I am down 3 pounds, and ready to loose 5-7 this week. This board is VERY inspiring! Thanks to all for the encouragement! What can we eat when we are hungry at night?

    You should have your last snack no later than 1 hour before bedtime. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, look at how you were eating during the day - you may need to adjust the way you distribute your food to keep you going all the way through. Also make sure you're getting all your water (hunger can sometimes be thirst in disguise), salt and oil every day.
