Week 1 weight loss was 1.5, Week 2: **4 POUNDS!!**

  • I know I'm not the only one who struggled with a minimal weight loss in Week 1 - mine was 1.5 and I was devastated.

HOWEVER, I just got back from the clinic and my loss in Week 2 was 4 pounds. FREAKING AWESOME!!!!

I'm certainly not expecting that to keep up, but even if I can do around 2 pounds a week I'd be thrilled.

The big change I made was the volume of water I drank.

    YAY!!!!
  • It will definitly fluctuate but keep up with the program and the pounds and inches will come right off! CONGRATS AND KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!
  • Way to go!!! Yay you!! I'm glad for you.

Also, I found a method for "chocking down meat" you might be interested in. See my post here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/4491978-post14.html As I said, I am actually wanting to eat more than 8 oz protein, it's so tasty. I do love Chinese food something fierce, you might not though, not sure....

It looks pretty good - I'm not a fan of seafood though so for me I would just use the pork. If you do make it again, please update with measurements for the ingredients. I desperately need to follow a recipe.

I love the "Big Mac in a Bowl"!! And I ordered some WF BBQ sauce which I'm hoping will be OK.

I got the Thick & Spicy BBQ sauce and I love it!
  • Stick around and you will hear your story repeated over & over. And remember this during your next 'low week'...its almost ALWAYS followed up by a whoosh. You simply can't Not lose weight if you follow plan (like that double negative y'all?)...
