Crashed and Burned!

  • Hi Ladies,
    It's been a looong time since I've last been on here. I REALLY need your help! I've gained about 45lbs back. I really want to lose the weight again, but the correct way. Last time, I was extremely to restrictive and I feel that is why I gained all of that weight back.

    But now I am ready to get it off for the last time! I've cleaned out the kitchen from the bad foods that I have no control over, stocked up on frozen entree's for the weekdays(I get home late and don't think about dinner until about 7:00pm-7:30pm). The problem comes that I have no support at work or from friends. To make things worse I'm being layed off at the end of March! So stress, anxiety, panic are playing a part in this.

    The first month is the hardest for me, once I get going I'm awesome, it's just getting going.

    Exercise-I'm going to start doing my Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile work out tomorrow.

    Any and all suggestions are welcome!
