Hi everyone. I'm new here and after reading stories I really feel motivated. I'm a 24 year old culinary student. Food is what I enjoy the most. I love eating and cooking. I'm 295 pounds and 5'8 tall. I have a 11 month old daughter and she's the very reason why I want to lose weight. I want to be able to play with here as she grows which I can't do now because I easily get tired. Also I want to be healthy, been having difficulty in breathing and chest pains which I guess is because of being morbidly obese.

I hope to make new friends and lose weight like most of you guys. I also need your support. I have tried losing weight many times and I would always give up cause I never had a person to talk to whom I felt could understand what I was going through.

I also have children. They are the biggest reason I need to lose weight. Having kids totally ruined my body. I think losing weight will be as much of an emotional journey as it will be physical. It's really freaking hard to say no to donuts when they are sitting right in front of me. Watching my kids eat my FAVORITE peanut butter mms drives me insane! But hey I can have an apple...

I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss journey and I would be happy to try and help you stay motivated. Because I've had lots of ups so far, but today is a definite down. Having a friend who understands would be excellent.

I already started with my diet today. I cut out my carbs and included more fluid intake in my diet. I hope it works til I find a diet that really suits me.

I even bought a dress from forever21 () a smaller size than mine so I'll be more motivated because I super want to fit in it.

I'm excited to wear it for my daughter's birthday.
