Fat Free Ham

  • Trying to make food more interesting, naturally... Has anyone ever found an acceptable nationally branded fat free ham? In Maryland currently and in the grocery stores I have never seen a ham meet the IP standards. They all have some form of sugar...

    Did a forum search...

Some ham strips on a salad would go a long way!

    Thanks!
  • I wish I had an answer! I was looking at ham in my area today and I didn't find any...I would love some ham!!!!

I'm glad I'm not alone! I'm pretty finnicky when it comes to food. Any addition is welcome!
  • Do you have Krakus Original Polish Ham by you? It has 50 cal. 1 gr fat, 0 carbs, 10 gr protein in a 2 oz. serving. It's the original one, not the Reduced Sodium one which has sugar in it. It's a canned ham that you can bake at home or you can purchase it sliced in the deli.
