I have a bunch of them, and not sure if they would be considered a type of tomato or not. I found a slow-cooker soup recipe I'm willing to try if it's something that's not going to be off-limits on P1.
I checked the nutrition. 1/2 cup has 1g fat, 4g Carbs, 1g fiber, 3g sugar and 1g protein. What's that net carbs rule?? My coach says to strictly go by the total carbs.
The tomatillo is in the tomato family and should be treated like a tomato - ok to have as a restricted veggie.
