This morning I weighed 152.4....I have lost 50 lbs in 113 days. I am blown away.
I sleep better, no foggy head, no acid reflux, no tummy aches, no more restless legs, no sore feet, no aching hips, no constipation, my migranes have went from severe to mild, no more eczema & I have become a 47 yr. old frisky little critter (teehee).
Phase 2......HERE I COME!!!!!
